"Be the Change you wish to see in the world."
~ Gandhi
There is no better time to become a Yoga teacher than right now.
Each year, more and more people are getting turned on to Yoga, experiencing firsthand the great benefits of a regular practice and living a more yogic lifestyle. At the same time, more and more people are realizing that the old way of doing things is not working (the economy is just one indication), and are seeking for greater truth, balance, and wholeness in their lives.
Because Yoga is a divine gift that restores us to our true, original nature, it will continue to be sought after, and Yoga professionals who can be compassionate guides will be in increasingly high demand.
If you know that you are here to evolve, and to help others to do the same, then "Be the Change," as Gandhi said, and come immerse yourself in Yoga with us!
Please Note: This course is for those who want to teach Yoga, or just deepen their knowledge and practice. Even if you do not feel you want to teach at this time, you will have your certificate in case you decide later that you do wish to do that.

A STUDENT "QUESTIMONIAL"
Aside from giving birth, it has been, and continues to be, the most life changing (positive) choice I have ever made.Alan gives his whole heart and soul to those he teaches. He truly is yoga!
He hasbeen very instrumental in showing me a path I did not know existed, but one, by all signs, seems I am supposed to be on. I'm loving, day by day, seeing where this special path is leading! People that have known me for quite some time have noticed and commented on changes they see in me since beginning this path with Alan's 'training'.
In speaking with a few people who went through other programs, they didn't getnearly the variety that I experienced in the session I was in! In the session I was in, we were 'exposed' to raw food nutrition, a professor of yoga anatomy, yoga related movie nights, kirtan, a shaman, a sound healer, sanskrit, philosophy, the spiritual side of yoga, a variety of guest teachers and their different yoga styles, and a few other special events!
All in all, in choosing Alan's Sunshine State Yoga Academy, you will not be disappointed! He is an instructor with a big heart, kind mannerism, and lovesenlightening people on the life changing benefits of yoga. Whether you would, in the end, like to pursue teaching yoga or just absorb the life changing benefits personally, I'm sure you'd love and enjoy Alan's program as much as I did!"
