"SunSmile," Alan's first DVD offering, is amazing is several respects. First is that the quality is so good you would think it was professionally done, but in fact Alan edited most of it himself. He also recorded and included several of his own music compositions, including a "music video" at the end of the DVD. All that aside, "SunSmile" offers a wonderful yoga work-out. While the 40 minute workout could be attempted by complete novices, it is more for those who already have some yoga under their belt (or, as Alan calls it, "Advanced Beginner"). "Sunsmile" also offers an awesome yoga demonstration on the beach in Naples, Florida, and has a few other unique elements that makes it not your ordinary yoga video. Be prepared to smile.
