I would like to welcome you to a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training this November.

If you've ever wanted to be certified as a yoga teacher, or just explore the rich heritage of Yoga, here's your chance.

This training will be unique for several reasons:

First of all, it will be small classes (seven students maximum) with lots of personal interaction and hands-on learning.

This training will be for Naples and surrounding area residents, and will not require you to take time off from work. Five weekends is all you will need to sacrifice, in addition to some study at home.

The training itself will be considerably less expensive than most teacher trainings on the market.

We will delve deeply into both the theory and practice of Yoga, not giving more weight to one than the other.

You will not be required to be initiated or even to adopt a specific style of practice or teaching. You will only be asked to be open and specifically, to be open to finding your own bliss and living and practicing and teaching from that place.
